What will I receive?
Your quote lists the agreed number of edited photos, videos, social posts or AI assets, plus file formats and delivery resolution. Final exports are delivered digitally. Raw files, working files and unused concepts are not included unless agreed in writing.
How many revisions are included?
One consolidated round of minor revisions is free within the agreed brief. Additional minor revisions are 15% of the affected category price per round. Major revisions are 40–50%, depending on scope; a full redo is 75% of the affected segment price. We confirm the fee before starting additional work.
How do booking and payment work?
Start with a WhatsApp inquiry, then confirm the brief, scope and written quote. A 50% deposit secures the agreed booking. The remaining 50% is due before final files are released. There is no automatic charge or checkout on this website.
What if I need to cancel?
Our cancellation policy refunds 30% of the deposit actually paid, not 30% of the total project price. For example: on a Rp1,000,000 project with a Rp500,000 deposit, the refund is Rp150,000. Cancellation timing, completed work and third-party commitments are confirmed in the written booking terms.
When will my content be delivered?
As a planning example, allow 5–7 working days after the shoot or after we receive the approved brief, assets and deposit. Larger packages, revisions and audio can change the schedule. Priority delivery is subject to availability and a separate approved fee. Your written quote confirms the actual dates.
What is included in an AI video?
AI video starts at Rp125,000 for a 5–8 second clip at 720p, without audio. Longer clips use tier pricing: 10 seconds (+40%), 15–20 seconds (+120%) and 30 seconds (+220%) of the base AI-video fee. Resolution options are 1080p (+25%), 2K (+50%) and 4K (+100%) of the AI-video fee. Higher-resolution delivery may use upscaling. Music, sound effects and voice-over are quoted separately; complexity and usage rights are confirmed before booking.

Terms & Conditions
Working terms to keep our collaboration clear and fair. Final policies are always confirmed in writing before any deposit is paid. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
01 · Scope, estimates and approval
Website prices are starting estimates in Indonesian rupiah. The written quote defines deliverables, quantities, specifications, timelines, exclusions and the final payable amount. New concepts, extra deliverables or changes to an approved brief need a separate estimate and approval before work proceeds.
02 · Deposit, taxes and additional expenses
A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking, with the balance due before final delivery. Travel, studio hire, talent, props and third-party licences depend on the brief and need prior approval. An 11% tax allowance is a budgeting estimate requested by the studio, not a statement of legal tax liability; applicability and invoice treatment must be verified before billing.
03 · Revisions and full redos
One consolidated minor-revision round within the approved brief is included. Additional minor rounds cost 15% of the affected category price; major changes cost 40–50%; a full redo costs 75% of the affected segment price. These rates apply to the part being revised, not automatically to the entire package. The exact scope, calculation basis and extra round count are agreed before starting.
04 · Cancellation, rescheduling and delivery
For a client cancellation, the refund is 30% of the deposit paid. Rescheduling and any effect of completed work or third-party bookings must be agreed in writing. Production dates depend on timely assets, approvals and feedback. Studio cancellation and refund-processing deadlines are specified in the booking agreement; nothing here creates a blanket right to retain payment for undelivered work.
05 · Monthly contracts and discounts
Recurring-production discounts are 10% for 3 months, 15% for 6 months and 20% for 12 months. Monthly scope and scheduling must be approved in writing. Additional expenses, rework and tax are excluded from the production discount. There is no automatic subscription or renewal. Early termination, unused deliverables and any discount adjustment must be specified in the contract.
06 · Commercial use, licences and client materials
After full payment, approved final exports may be used for the commercial channels and purposes agreed in the quote, subject to third-party licences and rights. Source files, resale rights and exclusivity are not included unless agreed. AI output is not guaranteed to be unique or eligible for exclusive copyright protection. Clients must have permission for supplied logos, footage, music and likenesses. Paid-ad rights, talent releases and portfolio permission must be confirmed separately where needed.
